This role is ideal for a seasoned enterprise sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences domain. Specifically, they are looking for someone who understands the inner workings of Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and has a proven track record of navigating complex, high-stakes software sales cycles.
The position offers a high degree of autonomy through a "Work Anywhere" policy and a massive compensation ceiling (up to $300k base plus bonuses/stocks). As part of a foundational team for the Vault RTSM product, you’ll have the opportunity to influence a growing portfolio within a Public Benefit Corporation that prioritizes ethical impact alongside profit.
