Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) is a market-leading home products company behind iconic brands, including Moen, Master Lock, Yale, Therma-Tru, etc. Our Connected Products Engineering(CPE) organization builds the next generation of smart home products — and we're looking for an Agile Delivery Managerto help us ship it reliably. This is not a ceremony facilitator role. You will own delivery outcomes across 2–3 cross-functional software teams (PODs), eliminate the blockers slowing them down, and apply AI-powered tools to raise what great agile delivery looks like.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
