This role is designed for a technical consultant with 3–5 years of experience in Cloud-based contact center solutions (CCaaS) and AI integration. You are the bridge between customer goals and technical execution, possessing the "telephony" fluency required to configure VoIP, IVR, and Digital Engagement channels (Chat/SMS) while leveraging modern AI engines like Google Dialogflow or Amazon Lex. The position offers the flexibility of a fully remote arrangement based in Germany, belonging to an Enterprise Professional Services team. It is a highly strategic role where you aren't just a builder, but a trusted advisor who manages the entire lifecycle from pre-sales Scopes of Work to final production rollout.
