AI Platform Enablement Lead – Engineering & Adoption at Progressive Leasing

You're an experienced AI Platform Enablement Lead who can embed within engineering teams to integrate AI-native workflows and tools, acting as a bridge between platform capabilities and the broader tech organization. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Progressive Leasing, a FinTech company offering lease-to-own solutions, is seeking this full-time remote role. The position involves hands-on coaching and implementing AI development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot across their technology teams.
