You should have at least 5 years of professional experience, specifically with a background in Ruby on Rails and hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features (using APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic). The team is looking for a "product-minded" engineer—someone who cares as much about the user experience as they do about prompt engineering and context windows. The company follows the "Shape Up" methodology, meaning you’ll work in autonomous six-week cycles without the friction of daily standups or story points.
