Role Overview
We are looking for a highly hands-on AI Video Editor to help us rapidly prototype and produce high-quality demo videos using a combination of AI-generated content and manual editing. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the limitations of current AI video tools and how to creatively bridge those gaps with traditional editing and compositing techniques.

What You'll Do

• Transform AI-generated clips into high-quality demo videos

• Heavily edit or rebuild scenes manually when needed

• Combine AI outputs with motion graphics, compositing, and traditional editing

• Rapidly iterate on demos for product and marketing use

• Help shape workflows for AI-assisted video production

• 3–6 years of experience in video editing / motion design

• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)

• Ability to take rough or broken footage and turn it into something polished

• Experience in AI video tools and workflows

• Comfortable working fast and iterating in a startup environment

• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual polish
