Summary

This role is ideal for a mid-level data professional with at least 2 years of experience in fraud analytics, specifically within the e-commerce or retail sectors. The hiring team is looking for a "scrappy" analyst who excels in high-growth startup environments and possesses a strong quantitative background. You should be equally comfortable performing deep-dive statistical modeling in Python as you are translating those findings into business strategies for stakeholders. The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000–$135,000 and the significant perk of being fully remote within the continental U.S. As an early-stage employee, you’ll receive equity in a rapidly scaling fintech company backed by top-tier investors. The role is high-impact, giving you the autonomy to build fraud detection frameworks from scratch rather than just maintaining existing ones. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are proficient in SQL and the Python data stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn). * Have a track record of uncovering behavioral patterns to stop "bad actors" in a digital marketplace. * Enjoy working cross-functionally with Product and Go-To-Market teams to influence pricing and business cases. * Thrive in fast-paced environments where you need to respond to emerging threats in real-time.
