Job Description

Job Summary:

The Analyst supports the Independent Portfolio Management & Consulting team by managing assigned client portfolios and assisting independent advisors with portfolio implementation and maintenance. This role reviews portfolios for cash management needs, tax-loss harvesting opportunities, and opportunistic rebalancing. The Analyst collaborates with advisor teams to understand client objectives, set up portfolios appropriately, and submit trades to maintain investment strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned portfolios, reviewing regularly for cash management needs, tax-loss harvesting, and rebalancing opportunities.

• Work with independent advisor teams to understand client goals and implement appropriate portfolio strategies

• Set up new client portfolios within portfolio management systems

• Assist with onboarding new advisor teams and transitioning their client portfolios

• Prepare client proposals and portfolio illustrations based on approved models

• Maintain accurate portfolio data within portfolio management systems

• Leverage portfolio management software to support advisor teams and improve operational efficiency
