This role is designed for a mid-level IT professional with at least three years of experience, ideally within the financial services or bankcard industry. You should be comfortable moving between technical support and operational coordination, acting as a bridge between internal teams and backend merchant accounting systems. A Bachelor’s degree is expected, though significant hands-on experience in high-volume production environments can substitute. The standout feature of this position is the high level of responsibility regarding Global Payments' core infrastructure. You will have a direct hand in business enhancements and platform releases, offering a "behind-the-scenes" look at global money movement.
