- Identify, evaluate, and help prioritize AI and automation use cases.
- Collect and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
- Build, configure, and deploy AI-enabled applications and workflows using Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry/Studio, and Cognitive Services.
- Develop scripts, connectors, and API integrations to extend platform functionality where required.
- Prototype and implement AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, predictive analytics, and generative AI use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and enterprise system owners to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and processes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise governance standards.
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business users to drive adoption.
- Monitor solution performance and refine based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the enterprise AI technology roadmap and best practices.
## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, solution development, or enterprise application integration.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into functional AI-enabled solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
- Experience with Azure AI ecosystem: Azure AI Foundry/Studio, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and related tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or other modern Microsoft data/AI platforms preferred.
- Proficiency with one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, C#, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of enterprise system integration, APIs, and data flow best practices.
- Experience with non-Microsoft AI tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in rapidly prototyping and iterating solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new tools and environments.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to approximately 10% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
