**Who this is for** This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional looking to support a senior-level consultant in managing client renewals and day-to-day account operations in a hybrid environment. **Key highlights** You will act as a secondary point of contact for clients, handling benefit inquiries, verifying the accuracy of plan summaries, and ensuring compliance requirements such as 5500 filings and SPD wraps are met. **You might be a good fit if you...** - Have 2+ years of relevant experience in a broker agency or corporate benefit administration role. - Are highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Possess a strong understanding of health and ancillary insurance products. - Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Life and Health insurance license.

Our Newest Opportunity:

The Associate Account Manager (AAM) supports the Senior Benefits Consultant and Account Manager with the day to day management of their assigned book of business and works closely and collaboratively with the internal service team to ensure service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations. The AAM serves as the clients' secondary point of contact for any benefit - related service needs and are also responsible with supporting client compliance requirements, accuracy of client benefit contracts and accuracy of client deliverables.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000 to $72,500 per year.   

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.  We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
