About The Opportunity
The Associate, Client Success Manager is responsible for all aspects of the post-sales relationships and achieving goals with our campuses. We’re looking for people who love growing businesses by solving complex operational and business problems. You'll head up the charge in launching Grubhub Campus ordering with Higher Education dining programs, driving engagement with students, and managing senior relationships with university and food service operators.
The Impact You Will Make
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer commission with a base salary range as outlined below.
New York: $60,000 - $75,000 ($70,500 - $88,000 OTE range)
Chicago: $54,400 - $68,000 ($64,400 - $80,000 OTE range)
Denver: $54,400 - $68,000 ($64,400 - $80,000 OTE range)
