Overview
Experian is looking for an attorney to become part of a team supporting [Experian's Marketing Services ](https://www.experian.com/marketing/)division that is high-growth. You will bring an affinity for learning, both as a lawyer and more generally as a business professional.
You have experience working with complex agreements for clients in multiple industries and public sector, including health, financial services, and AdTech. You will negotiate contracts directly with Experian's business clients for a variety of products and services, including marketing data services, SaaS, licensed software, consulting, professional services, and analytics.
The agreements are varied and may include professional services agreements, RFPs, RFQs, NDAs, evaluation agreements, standard terms and conditions, service level agreements, and master services agreements.
