Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned creative leader with a heavy background in brand design and experiential marketing. Despite the "Entry-level" label in the metadata, the description explicitly requires **10+ years of experience**, including leadership in high-growth startups or creator-focused platforms. You should be a "hands-on hybrid" who can fluidly move between designing digital platform events and executing large-scale, in-person activations for diverse categories like streetwear, collectibles, and beauty. The compensation is highly competitive ($175k – $225k) and comes with a robust benefits package, including a 4% 401k match and a unique "dogfooding" budget to buy and sell on the platform. While the team values in-person collaboration in San Francisco, New York, or LA, they offer a flexible "remote co-located" model with significant allowances for home office setups and wellness. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a portfolio showcasing high-impact, social-first campaigns and physical event production. * Thrive in fast-paced, "mighty" teams where you mentor designers while staying close to the craft. * Are obsessed with internet culture and understand the nuances of various niche hobbyist communities. * Can translate complex business goals into creative strategies that drive user engagement.
