**Who this is for** This position is for a passionate and analytical individual with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within the rare disease space. Position Summary:
The Associate Director HCP Marketing role at Acadia requires a passionate, analytical, and collaborative individual who will lead the company’s promotional campaigns and educational activities across various HCPs managing care for people living with Rett. This role will provide strategic and tactical oversight in the development and deployment of our HCP facing unbranded and branded marketing initiatives. This individual will build highly collaborative working relationships with the broader marketing team and other cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, medical, and operations. Externally, the Associate Director will work closely with the AOR and other various partners to successfully lead strategy and tactical plan execution. This role reports directly Executive Director, HCP Marketing.
Primary Responsibilities:
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
Salary Range
$175,000—$218,700 USD
