It is specifically designed for someone who understands the "Finance and Insurance" (F&I) side of the car business and enjoys training dealership staff on how to improve their processes. You’ll need to be a self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and acting as a brand ambassador.
The position offers a stable salary of $125,000 and the flexibility of being "fully remote," though it is grounded in a specific territory. The most significant highlight is the balance between relationship management and active business development; you aren't just maintaining accounts, you're driving strategy. Note that travel is a major component here, ranging from 50% to 75%.
