This role is designed for a high-achieving entry-level engineer with a strong academic background and a genuine passion for the Linux ecosystem. It is an ideal starting point for someone with a technical degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar) who has a foundational understanding of Linux troubleshooting, basic networking, or cloud computing environments and wants to transition into a world-class engineering career. As part of a globally distributed team, you’ll enjoy a fully remote work arrangement combined with unique "team sprints" involving international travel 2–4 times a year. While the salary isn't disclosed, the package includes a $2,000 annual learning budget, a performance-based bonus, and frequent compensation reviews for associate-level roles.
