**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have 2–3 years of insurance agency experience and a deep understanding of Group Benefit Plans.
* Already hold or are willing to obtain your Life, Health, and Annuity License within six months.
* Are comfortable managing compliance-heavy projects like 1094/95 reporting and HR audit support.
* Possess strong technical skills in Agency Management Systems and MS Excel.
