This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level engineer with at least 5 years of experience in cloud telephony or SaaS professional services. You should be a "technical consultant" hybrid—someone who is equally comfortable designing complex AI-driven voice/digital architectures as they are leading requirements-gathering sessions with enterprise clients. The position offers the flexibility of being fully remote from India while working on cutting-edge AI and Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) technologies. It is a high-impact role within the Enterprise Professional Services team where you act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between sales and technical implementation.
