You should have 3–5 years of carrier-level experience and a deep technical understanding of life insurance products and case design. Since the territory covers a massive Western US footprint, the ideal candidate is a self-motivated "road warrior" who can balance high-frequency travel with virtual relationship management. The position offers a fully remote work arrangement, though you must live within the multi-state territory. While the base salary is listed at $100,000, the package includes a "competitive incentive compensation plan," implying significant commission or bonus potential common for RVP roles.
