The ideal candidate has a analytical mindset, enjoys working with data, and is comfortable navigating human resources information systems (HRIS)—specifically Workday—to manage global benefits and retirement programs.
This role offers the flexibility of being fully remote within the U.S. and provides a competitive salary range of $73,525 - $86,500, plus potential bonuses. It's a high-impact position within the People Operations team where you’ll gain deep exposure to global benefits administration, compliance filings (like 5500s), and financial reconciliation.
