This role is ideal for a mid-level Human Resources professional with at least 2 years of experience who is looking to specialize in Total Rewards and Global Benefits. It is a great fit for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable navigating HRIS platforms like Workday, and possesses advanced Excel skills for data reconciliation and reporting. As part of the Total Rewards team, you will act as a bridge between People Ops, Finance, and external vendors. A major highlight is the opportunity to gain exposure to global benefit programs and compliance (such as 5500 filings) within a well-established tech company.
