Type: Full-time
This is an ideal role for an HR professional with at least 4 years of experience, specifically 2+ years deep-seated in benefits and leave administration. You should be highly proficient in Workday and comfortable handling sensitive employee cases with empathy and precision. Because this role supports both US and global operations, experience in a high-growth tech environment is a significant plus. The compensation is competitive for the mid-level tier ($129,600 - $154,800), supplemented by meaningful equity and 401k matching. While the role is listed as on-site in San Francisco, the company operates a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office. It’s a great opportunity to move beyond administrative tasks into program scaling and data-driven process improvement. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have hands-on experience managing complex FMLA, ADA, and disability cases. * Are a power user of **Workday** (specifically the Benefits and Absence modules). * Enjoy technical HR work like auditing spreadsheets and reconciling payroll deductions. * Can translate complex legal leave policies into simple, human language for employees.
