**Who this is for** This role is designed for a seasoned benefits professional with a background in consulting, seeking to own the strategy and retention of a client book of business in a remote, North Carolina-based territory. **Key highlights** You will lead the client experience by developing renewal strategies, performing financial benchmarking, ensuring compliance with legislative regulations (HIPAA, ERISA, etc.), and driving account growth through cross-selling. **You might be a good fit if you...** - Have 3+ years of benefits consulting experience and a valid Life and Health license. - Are proficient in strategic financial analysis, benefit design, and the quoting process. - Have strong communication skills and the ability to influence C-suite level stakeholders. - Possess deep knowledge of industry trends and compliance regulations impacting employer-sponsored plans.

Our Newest Opportunity:

The Benefits Consultant is primarily responsible for retaining clients and their existing book of business. The consultant will oversee strategy, financial analysis, benefit design, plan renewals, bench marking, and overall service delivery.  They will also effectively communicate OneDigital’s value proposition and latest industry trends to active clients.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
