This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in B2B environments like PEO, Payroll, or HRIS. It is specifically designed for "hunters" who thrive on cold calling, networking, and executing outside sales strategies. Because this is a licensed position, you’ll need a 2-15 Life & Health license (or the drive to earn it within your first 90 days) and a reliable vehicle for frequent client travel.
