Benefits Manager at Deel

This role is designed for a seasoned benefits professional with at least 5 years of experience, ideally gained within a high-growth startup or a benefits brokerage. The ideal candidate is a strategic "operator" who can jump between high-level program design and the granular details of vendor renewals and process creation. Since this is a fully remote role covering the EMEA region, you must be comfortable working across diverse international regulations and cultures.
