You should have 3–5 years of experience specifically within the Brokerage General Agency (BGA) space or at a carrier level. The role requires a "road warrior" mindset, as you will be managing a large multi-state territory while acting as a vital link between distributors and internal underwriting and sales support teams. While listed as a fully remote position, you must reside within the specified territory (NC, SC, GA, FL, or PR) to facilitate at least 25% overnight travel.
