**Who this is for** This is a compassionate, service-oriented role for a bilingual (Korean/English) professional dedicated to helping employees navigate the complexities of health insurance. You will act as an advocate for clients, resolving benefit-related inquiries and supporting their well-being. **Key highlights** You will manage a book of business, provide direct support for claims, billing, and enrollment issues, and act as a knowledgeable liaison between employees and insurance carriers. The role involves high levels of interaction with both clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless benefit administration. **You might be a good fit if you...** - Are fully fluent in Korean and English, with the ability to provide high-quality service in both languages. - Have at least 1 year of experience in insurance, benefits administration, or claims resolution. - Possess an active State Health and Life Insurance License (or the ability to obtain one). - Excel at problem-solving, empathy, and maintaining organization across a large volume of client inquiries.

To address all employer health benefit issues as brought up by OneDigital clients and their employees, which includes resolving billing issues, enrollment and termination issues, acting as liaison with insurance carriers, and answering questions relating to pertinent federal and state legislation.

Education, Training and Experience:


The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $60,000 per year.  

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
