We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our finance team. This role is crucial for managing the entire billing cycle, from generating invoices to ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
This position involves managing complex billing operations, collaborating with various departments, and leading process improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in improving our billing system through automation, process optimization, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and operational excellence. The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $64,000 to $80,000. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
