This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 3–5 years of business development or legal practice experience within the UK real estate market. The ideal candidate blends the "hunter" mentality of a sales expert with the technical depth of a property lawyer or conveyancer. You should have a robust network of contacts within UK law firms and developers and a deep understanding of residential and commercial property law. Working out of the London office, you will have significant autonomy to drive revenue across England and Wales. This is a high-visibility position where you act as a subject matter expert/champion for title insurance products. While the role is based in Haymarket, it offers a dynamic mix of on-site work, field travel, and some flexibility to work from home while managing strategic partnerships and large-scale client events. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a background practicing real estate law or selling high-level legal/insurance products. * Already hold a strong network of UK-based real estate lawyers and mortgage lenders. * Enjoy "opening doors" and presenting complex financial/legal solutions to senior stakeholders. * Are willing to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry trade shows across the UK.
