This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in new business acquisition (hunting), particularly within SaaS or media sectors. You should have a proven track record of hitting KPIs and feel comfortable navigating the Jakarta market to sell communication and PR platform solutions to corporate clients.
The position offers a unique "hybrid" sales evolution: your first year focuses almost entirely (90%) on aggressive outbound business development, while the second year shifts toward "farming" and relationship management as you retain the accounts you won. While the role is based in Jakarta to maintain proximity to media partners and clients, it offers the flexibility of remote working.
