## What we’re looking for
We’re building out a Business Development Representative (BDR) team to bring Stedi’s outbound efforts to the next level. We're looking to hire someone who is as comfortable writing a high-performing outbound email as they are picking up the phone or experimenting with a new campaign format. You know how to combine persistence, good judgment, and creative messaging to get in front of the right people.
In this role, you’ll own multichannel outbound from strategy to execution. That means crafting compelling messaging, testing sequences, and actioning on the signals that actually drive qualified pipeline. You’re fluent in experimentation and fast at iterating. You care about results, not activity. If you think critically, execute quickly, and are obsessed with delivering results, this role is for you.
## What You'll Do
Your mission as a BDR at Stedi is simple: generate net new deals through outbound. You’ll define the strategy, write the copy, build the workflows, and measure the results. You’ll work closely with the sales and GTM ops team to identify target accounts and test campaigns to scale what works and discard the losers.
You will be responsible for sourcing the deal volume required to hit our revenue goals. That means designing and iterating on outbound campaigns that balance automation with high-touch motions that span multiple channels like email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.
