The ideal candidate is someone who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on technical execution, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem. You should have at least 3 years of experience managing the "rhythm of the business"—handling everything from KPI tracking and executive reporting to cross-functional project leadership for Customer Experience (CX) teams. The position offers a competitive salary range of **$110k - $140k** and the flexibility of being **fully remote**.
