This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter with at least 5 years of experience specifically hiring for General & Administrative (G&A) and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. You should be a "full-stack" recruiter who thrives in high-growth startup environments, possesses a "sourcer-at-heart" mentality, and enjoys the challenge of moving "uncomfortably fast" to scale teams like Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.
The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $125k to $175k per year. While the company operates with a remote-co-located model, this specific role requires residency near a major hub (NY, SF, LA, or Seattle) for in-person collaboration.
