Job Description

Position Purpose: Plans, conceptualizes, configures, and builds solutions that solve common challenges within the business by using technological tools or programs. Conducts research and requirement gathering to determine customer needs and drive strategy and oversee the development process. A cross-functional role that encompasses a broad range of business knowledge and technical skillsets, working in collaboration with multiple teams and specialists. Takes an active role in design, development, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Writes code for software programs and applications using inheritance and virtualization following best programming practices.

Performs complex research and analysis to find best solutions to stakeholder requests or problems using best method or tools to develop solutions.

Conducts meetings to gather requirements and updates on ongoing projects. Maintains communication with stakeholders during solution development.

Collaborating with peers on development and solution strategy to identify the most efficient and effective product solutions. Performs regular code reviews and requests.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Completion of a technical training program (e.g., LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Healthcare experience a plus. Applies basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Solid SQL skills and Web/Windows frameworks development experience. Experience SQL, SSIS or SSRS.

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
