Since this is a 12-month contract (covering a maternity leave potentially extending through March 2027), it suits someone who can hit the ground running with a "world-class partnership" mindset. You should be comfortable navigating complex healthcare organizations, from IT to C-Suite, and have a solid grasp of Canadian health authorities and funding models.
The position offers excellent flexibility with a fully remote work arrangement, though you must be comfortable with 25–50% travel for client visits and team events in Mississauga. The compensation is competitive at CAD $45–$51/hr.
