This role is designed for a senior quantitative professional with at least 8 years of experience in capital, margin, or risk analytics. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in regulated financial environments—specifically banking or derivatives—and possesses the technical chops to build models in Python or R. You should be comfortable translating high-stakes data into defensible frameworks for regulators and executive leadership. This is a fully remote leadership position within the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., offering a unique bridge between traditional finance (TradFi) and the digital asset space. You’ll have direct ownership over capital and liquidity analytics that influence product design and global growth strategy at a Series D firm backed by heavy hitters like Goldman Sachs and KKR. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a strong background in capital adequacy, stress testing, and counterparty risk within a regulated bank or clearinghouse. * Are proficient in Python or R and can manage large datasets to drive strategic decision-making. * Enjoy "owning" technical workstreams and can defend your methodologies to federal supervisors. * Are passionate about the evolution of financial systems (and maybe even a fan of the *Hamilton* soundtrack).
