This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level professional with a background in behavioral health or corporate training. The team is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between clinical workflows and educational design, specifically for their Care Experience department. If you have a knack for Salesforce and enjoy rotating between live virtual facilitation and creating asynchronous e-learning content, you’ll fit right in.
As a fully remote position, this offer provides great flexibility alongside a transparent compensation structure. The base salary ranges from $62k–$80k, with a performance bonus that can push total cash compensation up to $92k.
