Care Manager at Centene

This role is designed for a licensed clinical professional—either a Master’s-level behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LCPC) or an RN—residing in Illinois. You must have specific experience with the DRS Waiver and a background in managing the complex needs of youth, particularly those within the DCFS system. This is a fully remote, senior-level position offering a predictable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
