Care Manager (RN) - Postpartum at Centene

This role is designed for a Registered Nurse with a background in maternal and infant health. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, specifically within Postpartum, Labor & Delivery, Nursery, or NICU settings. While most work is remote, you must live in Clark County, Nevada, to support the local member population. As part of the First Year of Life Program, you will manage complex care plans and address social determinants of health for new mothers and infants.
