This role is ideal for a mid-level healthcare professional with a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in care coordination or social services. It is specifically designed for residents of Illinois who are comfortable navigating the Medicaid landscape and advocate for members' psychosocial and medical needs. While a clinical license (like an RN) is not mandatory, it is highly preferred.

After completing the initial M-F 8am–5pm training, you can transition to a flexible schedule. Compensation is competitive, reaching up to $38.79/hour, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package including 401k and stock purchase plans.

* Have experience developing personalized care plans and coordinating with healthcare providers.
* Enjoy advocate-heavy work, helping members overcome barriers to care through resource support.
* Are looking for a stable, remote career path with a focus on work-life balance and flexible hours.
