Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a community-focused professional with 2–4 years of experience in social services, nursing, or healthcare coordination. It is ideal for someone who possesses a Bachelor’s degree (or nursing equivalent) and enjoys building direct relationships within vulnerable populations. While the role is listed as remote, it is specifically for residents of Central/North King County who are comfortable being "on the ground" rather than behind a desk all day.
The most unique aspect of this position is the blend of remote administrative work and intensive field engagement. You will spend 50%–75% of your time traveling within the Seattle, Tukwila, and Renton areas to meet members in homes, hospitals, and shelters. Centene offers a robust benefits package, including a 401k, stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement, alongside a consistent Monday–Friday schedule that provides more stability than many field-based clinical roles.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Live in Central or North King County and have a reliable way to travel throughout the region.
* Thrive in "boots on the ground" environments, navigating hospitals, shelters, and private residences.
* Have experience developing personalized care plans and connecting people to resources like housing and food security.
* Are highly organized and comfortable documenting member data to meet strict federal and state compliance standards.
