This role is ideal for a senior partnerships professional with at least 5 years of experience who is deeply embedded in the startup and venture capital world. You should have a proven track record of moving beyond one-off deals to create scalable, programmatic systems. The team is looking for a "high-leverage" operator who understands how to navigate the nuances of investors, accelerators, and founder communities to drive long-term business growth. The position offers a competitive salary range ($113k–$175k depending on location) and a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office) in major tech hubs like San Francisco, New York, or Denver. This is a rare opportunity to own a high-visibility "ecosystem" strategy, acting as the primary face of a major fintech brand to the VC community.
