This role is designed for a high-achieving "Swiss Army knife" professional with at least 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations at a high-growth tech firm. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments and possesses the executive presence to act as a stand-in for the COO. You must be an exceptional storyteller and analyst who can translate complex data into compelling narratives for investors and internal leadership. The position offers a strong compensation package ranging from **$176k – $207k base**, plus bonuses and equity. While the role is **fully remote within the USA**, it prioritizes high-impact connection through several required in-person offsites annually. Act as a force multiplier for the COO by ensuring priorities are advanced, time is focused on the highest-impact areas, and voice is amplified internally and externally. Lead critical initiatives, manage special projects, and orchestrate COO responsibilities & engagements so she can operate at peak effectiveness.
