The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience within regulated financial institutions and a sophisticated understanding of OCC standards, specifically 12 CFR Part 9. You should be a "heavyweight" in operational discipline who is comfortable bridge-building between traditional fiduciary banking and the cutting-edge world of stablecoin issuance and blockchain transaction flows. You will be at the literal intersection of US federal regulation and digital asset innovation, holding a titled "Deputy Trust Officer" position with direct Board-level visibility. Located in major tech hubs (SF, NY, or Seattle), this position offers the chance to lead critical infrastructure that governs how digital assets are minted, burned, and secured. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have mastered the complexities of OCC-regulated trust operations and fiduciary recordkeeping. * Are excited by the technical challenge of integrating blockchain workflows into traditional bank control frameworks. * Thrive in "audit-ready" environments and have a track record of successful interactions with federal regulators. * Can seamlessly pivot from high-level strategic planning to the granular details of incident management and vendor oversight.
