WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Lead the implementation of the overall continuous improvement initiative.
- Assure results are achieved and status is reported to proper personnel. Establish, propose, and maintain ergonomic, safety, quality, material savings, and labor savings projects.
- Lead teams and events focused on continuous improvement projects.
- Utilize corporate resources as necessary.
- Implement solutions, document results, and report to leadership team.
- Generate excitement, team work, and creativity.
- Engage all levels of the organization in the continuous improvement process
- Knowledge of production techniques, quality control procedures, paper flow, order flow.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of plant operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Practical knowledge of computers and AutoCAD.
- Must maintain confidentiality on all matters.
- Keep records of work completed.
- Must abide by all Larson policies.
- Must be courteous and maintain a good working relationship with supervisors and co-workers.
- Other duties as assigned
## Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES:- CI/Lean Experience: (0-2 years)
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Awareness of most lean concepts.
- Lean/Six Sigma Belt Level : (None/Yellow)
- Kaizen Events Led: (0-7)
- Lean Events Led: (0-15)
- Lean Events Participation: (0-25)
- Other Certifications: (0-5)
