The compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary ranging from **$114,600 to $160,510**, plus equity (RSUs) and commission. While the role is based in **New York City**, it offers great balance with a low-barrier on-site requirement of only **1–2 days per week**. We’re building Reddit’s Mid-Market team in North America to support a rapidly expanding book of advertisers who are looking to grow their businesses through Reddit’s unique, intent-rich communities. As a Client Account Executive, you will have end-to-end ownership to grow and retain your book of business across the App Dev segment. You will drive strategic conversations, guide campaign execution, and partner cross-functionally to help app-first advertisers succeed on Reddit. You'll work closely with a team of Account Strategists to scale your impact across a dedicated book of business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment and enjoys taking ownership, building deep client relationships, and turning insights into action.
