About the Position

As an Onboarding and Implementation Lead at Vetcove, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform. From kickoff through post-launch support, you’ll guide clinics through setup, training, data migrations, and system configuration—ensuring they’re set up for long-term success.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams. In some cases, you may travel to client sites to support go-lives to ensure successful deployment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $65,000/year - $90,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations.For Colorado, the salary range is: $75,000 - $90,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity or other incentives.
