## Job Description
<p>As a <strong>Client Services Executive</strong>, you'll help grow our TenderLink subscription base through new sales. Reporting to Australasian Sales & Services Manager, you'll identify prospects, engage with them by phone and email, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term relationships.</p><p><strong>Work that matters - What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li>Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach (e.g., IT, Telecommunications and Construction).</li><li>Make outbound calls daily, send proposals, and follow up with prospects.</li><li>Ensure customers are onboarded and set up for success.</li><li>Respond to inbound queries promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Record all communications for future reference.</li><li>Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and products.</li></ul>
## Qualifications
