Summary

This is an entry-level role designed for mental health professionals with a Master’s degree who are passionate about the intake and assessment phase of treatment. It is ideal for someone comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment who can quickly build rapport with clients of all ages—from children to adults—via telehealth platforms. The role offers the convenience of a fully remote setup with a clear compensation bracket of $50k - $60k. You will play a critical part in a mission-driven organization, helping determine the appropriate level of care for clients entering an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Please note that due to state regulations, this position is **not** open to residents of several states, including CA, NY, NJ, WA, and others listed in the description. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. * Are proficient in utilizing DSM-V criteria to construct provisional diagnoses and complete biopsychosocial assessments. * Can commit to a non-traditional schedule, specifically 12pm–8pm EST shifts (including Sunday–Thursday or Monday–Friday options). * Thrive in a tech-forward environment and can maintain high documentation standards within an EMR.

Charlie Health is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Clinical Admissions Associate. The Clinical Admissions Associate will be responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs.

Additional Information

Please note that this role is not available to candidates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington State, or Washington, DC.The expected base pay for this role will be between $50,000 and $60,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-Remote
